OUR REPAIR SERVICE

At Loake, we are dedicated to improving our sustainable footprint, which is why we are delighted to offer a full repair service at our Northamptonshire factory in England.

To prolong the lifespan of your Loake shoes, please do your bit for the environment and get your shoes "recycled" rather than put in landfill.

We are currently running to processing time of up to 30 working days for any shoes received today. If you have any questions relating to an ongoing repair, please contact customerrepairs@loake.co.uk

Please note: Our factory is closed for annual holidays on the dates stated below and therefore these dates will not count towards the estimated processing times of your repair. We will however endeavour to return your repair at the earliest opportunity.

All of our Goodyear Welted shoes are designed to be repairable and our skilled shoemakers will rebuild the shoes using the original lasts on which they were made, so naturally only we can do this.

Everything apart from the upper and insole will be replaced during the process, which importantly includes a new welt which most repairers or cobblers will not do as a matter of course. The uppers are refinished as best as possible back towards the original colour, and new laces are included.
