The Description
Our ‘Kensington’ is a premium Calf Leather loafer, featuring Goodyear welted rubber soles for greater longevity and grip. Kensington uses the ‘college’ last shape, and is available in a ‘f’ fitting. These men’s shoes are designed and engineered in Kettering, Northamptonshire and handmade in our high-grade factory in England.
We recommend using a shoehorn to help maintain the shape, prevent creasing of the heel, and allow the foot to glide in with ease – keeping your shoes looking their best and feeling comfortable from the first wear.
Please note, these shoes come with a complementary pair of protective cloth bags valued at £5.00.
The Last
College
Loafer last shape, designed for use with slip on styles. The College last has a standard length toe, with a pointed round toe shape. This last generally runs true to size, although it is designed to fit snugly as befits a loafer style.

A collection of classic styles crafted from high-quality, calf leathers and featuring the famous Goodyear Welted construction. Reflecting the traditional heritage of Loake dating back to 1880, many of our hand-finished, luxurious styles in this collection have become icons in their own right.
All 1880 Classic styles are made in our Northamptonshire factory, located in the heart of England.
