OUR REFURBISHMENT SERVICE

At Loake, we believe quality footwear should be worn, restored and enjoyed for many years to come. Our refurbishment service, carried out at our Northamptonshire factory in England, is designed to extend the life of your shoes while preserving their original character and craftsmanship.

Refurbishing your Loake shoes not only restores their appearance and comfort but also supports a more sustainable approach to footwear by extending their wearable life.

Our current refurbishment turnaround time is approximately 30 working days from receipt of your shoes. For any questions regarding an ongoing refurbishment, please contact customerrepairs@loake.co.uk

Please note: Our factory is closed for annual holidays on the dates stated below and therefore these dates will not count towards the estimated processing times of your refurbishment. We will however endeavour to return your repair at the earliest opportunity.

OUR REFURBISHMENT SERVICE

All our Goodyear Welted shoes are designed to be refurbished and restored over time. Using the original lasts on which each pair was made, our skilled shoemakers carefully rebuild your shoes to their original factory specification.

During the refurbishment process, soles, heels and welts are renewed where required, while the uppers are carefully refinished by hand to preserve their appearance and character. Each pair is then finished with fresh laces before returning to you ready to be worn again.

Our refurbishment service is carried out at our Northamptonshire factory by the same skilled shoemakers who make our shoes, helping to extend the life of your Loake footwear for years to come.
