The Description
Our ‘Bannister’ is a premium Suede trainer, featuring cemented rubber soles for greater longevity and grip. Bannister uses the ‘trainer’ last shape, and is available in a ‘f’ fitting. These men’s shoes are designed and engineered in Kettering, Northamptonshire and handmade in our high-grade factory in India.
We recommend using a shoehorn to help maintain the shape, prevent creasing of the heel, and allow the foot to glide in with ease – keeping your shoes looking their best and feeling comfortable from the first wear.
The Last
Trainer
Developed for our new trainer styles the ‘Trainer’ last is a standard width fitting. Please note that unlike our other lasts ‘Trainer’ is sized in European sizes, ranging from size 40 through to size 47. Customers will need to select their EU size equivalent when ordering shoes on this last, please see our Size Guide for details. We would suggest ordering the equivalent of your normal Loake shoe size in this style.
