1. Who Can Join?
- This program is our way of showing appreciation for your loyalty by rewarding you every time you make a purchase of one of our qualifying products.
- The Program is open to anyone aged 18 or older living in the UK, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland (in-store at Loake Dublin only).
- Each person can only have one account.
- Your account is personal to you, and neither your account or the reward points can be used or transferred to another person.
2. How to Join
- Signing up is free and easy! Just register online at www.loake.com or in-store at a Loake shop using your email address and personal details.
- No purchase is needed to become a member.
- Please note, at this time, our system only accepts UK or Ireland mobile numbers for registration.
- Your birthday (day and month only) must be registered to receive a birthday reward.
- Once you join, you’ll start at Tier 1 (Member level).
3. Earning Points
- Points can only be earned on qualifying purchases made on or after the launch of the Program in October 2025. Purchases made prior to this date are not eligible for points.
- How to Earn Points:
Members earn 1 point for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases in the UK and Northern Ireland, either online at Loake.com or in Loake retail stores at the following locations:
London: Bow Lane, Holborn, Jermyn Street, Lime Street, Neal Street, Spitalfields
Other stores: Belfast, Brighton, Cambridge, Cheltenham, Dublin, Guildford, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford, Salisbury, York - When shopping in our Loake Dublin store, members earn 1 point for every €1 spent on qualifying purchases.
- This offer is not available for purchases made on Loake.com in the Republic of Ireland.
- The number of points awarded may change at our discretion. Any points earned on purchases that are subsequently cancelled or refunded will be deducted from your account.
- Friend Referrals:
- When you refer a friend:
- Your friend will receive 100 points for registering and an additional 100 points for being referred
- You will receive 100 bonus points once your friend makes their first purchase. These points will be added to your account 30 days after the purchase to allow for returns.
- When you refer a friend:
- Newsletter and Social Sign-ups:
- Points for newsletter sign-ups, following Loake on social media, or similar actions are credited once per member(e.g., a one-time allocation of points for signing up to the newsletter or following a social account).
- Timing for Points Addition:
- Points from purchases are added to your account 30 days after purchase to allow for returns.
- Birthday vouchers are added to your account on the registered day and month of your birthday.
- Exclusions:
- Points are not earned on purchases of gift cards, vouchers, or on taxes or shipping costs.
- While points can be earned in outlet stores, they cannot be redeemed there.
4. Using Your Points
- Points can be used online or in-store (except in Outlet stores) and are shown at checkout.
- Points are redeemed:
- For online purchases: Log in to your account to view your points balance and discount vouchers. Then select the vouchers you wish to apply to your order or basket.
- For in-store purchases: Give your registered email at the till to activate your discount vouchers. A barcode will be generated to apply your discount.
- Points cannot be added after the transaction is completed.
- You can redeem points once you have earned 200 points (£200 spent or €200 spent in Loake Dublin). Each 200 points gives you a £10 / €10 discount voucher, which is the minimum redeemable voucher value. Smaller vouchers cannot be redeemed.
- The maximum number of points that can be redeemed in any purchase cannot exceed 50% of the total basket value (excluding shipping and gift voucher purchases). For example, to redeem a £10 discount voucher, your total basket must be £20 or more.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed against full-price items; they cannot be used on sale items.
- Once you activate a discount voucher at checkout, it is valid for 15 minutes. If it is not used within this time, the voucher will expire and disappear. Please contact the Loake Customer Service team to request a re-issue.
- Discount vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional offers outside of the loyalty program.
- Voucher stacking: Multiple vouchers earned through the program can be combined and used on a single order, subject to the minimum voucher and full-price redemption rules.
5. Voucher Expiration
- Birthday vouchers and level-up gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date they are issued. After this period, they will expire.
- Points and vouchers cannot be transferred, refunded, or converted to cash.
- Vouchers are subject to the minimum value, full-price redemption rules and stacking rules as stated in Section 4.
6. Tiers and Rewards
The Program has three levels based on your spending:
- Tier 1 (Member): Entry-level with no spending requirement.
- Tier 2 (Silver): Unlocks after spending £600 / €600.
- Tier 3 (Gold): Unlocks after spending £1,200 / €1,200.
Tier Progression and Level-Up Rewards
- Tier progression is assessed based on qualifying spend after a 31-day validation period to allow for returns.
- Your tier status will only be updated once qualifying purhcases are confirmed and not returned.
- Any associated “level-up” gift or voucher will be issues after this 31-day validation period.

- Bigger discounts and exclusive rewards.
- Special "level-up" gifts when you move up tiers.
7. Special Offers
- From time to time, we’ll run promotions such as double points days or exclusive discounts. Be sure to check your emails or account for updates!
8. Your Account
- Keep your account details secure.
- You can unsubscribe or delete your account at any time by contacting Customer Service or through your online account settings. Once deleted, all points and vouchers will be forfeited.
- The Program is for personal use only. Fraud or misuse may result in the loss of your membership.
9. Personal Information

- We will only use your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- When referring a friend, you act as the “data controller” under EU and UK GDPR.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your friend understands that their personal data will be shared with us.
- They have the right to choose not to become a customer.
- If they do create an account, additional personal data will be processed in accordance with our standard Privacy Policy.
10. Other Important Information
- Loake reserves the right to change or terminate the Program at any time. We’ll notify members of significant changes via email or updates on our website with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Program after any changes will constitute your acceptance of any such changes to the Program or the terms and conditions.
- While we strive to ensure smooth operation, Loake is not responsible for technical issues that prevent you from earning or using points. If you experience a problem, please contact Customer Service within 14 days for assistance.
- Loake will not be liable for any costs or losses arising in connection with the Program being cancelled or amended. If you believe points or rewards have not been allocated correctly or have any complaints in relation to the Loake Members’ Club, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of the transaction and they will do their best to resolve any problems you have with us or our products as per our Complaints policy: https://www.loake.com/complaints/
- The Program is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
