The Role

Reporting to the Head of Wholesale, you'll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of national accounts, working across wholesale and multiple retail channels. You'll be the face of the brand for its most strategically significant customers, driving revenue, protecting margin, and ensuring every account gets the quality of service and attention the brand demands.
This isn't an order-taking role. You'll be expected to bring commercial thinking, strong relationships, and a proactive approach to every account you manage.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of national wholesale and multiple retail accounts, owning the relationships and the results
  • Building and executing account plans with clear targets for revenue, margin, and seasonal order growth
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets through proactive account development and identifying new opportunities within the existing base
  • Planning and managing your own territory, including journey planning, trunk shows, and UK trade fair attendance
  • Delivering product training and sales support to both independent and multiple account partners
  • Acting as the key link between your accounts and internal teams, sales admin, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Taking ownership of the brand's B2B website, driving account adoption and keeping content current and accurate
  • Feeding market intelligence and account insight back to the Head of Wholesale to inform commercial strategy
What We're Looking For
  • A proven track record managing national accounts and/or multiples, this is essential
  • Experience in footwear, fashion, or lifestyle accessories is a strong advantage
  • Commercial confidence - you're comfortable with data, can build a compelling argument, and know how to negotiate
  • Excellent communication skills - credible, clear, and persuasive with buyers and senior stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your own time and territory without close supervision
  • Confident with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (this role requires regular nationwide travel)
