The Description
Our ‘Tay’ is a premium polished Leather brogue, featuring Goodyear welted rubber soles for greater longevity and grip. Tay uses the ‘river’ last shape, and is available in a ‘f’ fitting. These mens shoes are designed and engineered in Kettering and made in our high-grade factory in England.
We recommend using a shoehorn to help maintain the shape, prevent creasing of the heel, and allow the foot to glide in with ease – keeping your shoes looking their best and feeling comfortable from the first wear.
The Last
River
A versatile last shape used in our 1880 Classic, Professional and Export Grade collections. It features a slightly elongated toe with a fine chisel shape for a slim appearance, but provides a well proportioned fit across the joint, as well as increased arch support.

Brogue
No English gentleman’s wardrobe is complete without a pair of handcrafted Goodyear welted brogues. With punched holes (originally designed to allow water to drain from the shoe), choose from a wide selection of Leather or Rubber-soled options in Oxford or Derby constructions, in a vast array of colours and styles.
