Handmade in Northamptonshire on our Tower last, Hanover is a classic plain toe-cap Oxford shoe, designed with a more formal look in mind.
Delivering a well-proportioned fit, this Oxford features a distinctive, almond-shaped toe and a highly-sculpted fiddle-back waist for a more refined and elegant shape with increased arch-support. Heels are built using veg-tanned leather and premium leather linings provide maximum absorption and optimum foot comfort. The finished shoes are hand-burnished and finger-polished for a deep, rich shine while fully-stitched Goodyear welted leather soles are intricately hand-decorated and reveal a painted two-tone stain.
Hanover is available in Onyx Black, Roasted Coffee and Smoked Teak calf leathers.
Shoe Size Guide
English made Men’s shoes (and boots) are generally made in fittings E, F, G and H and these can be classified simplistically as follows:
The bulk of our styles are made in F fitting, as statistics show that worldwide this is the most appropriate fitting for a majority of males, but we also offer a good selection of G fitting shoes.
Our Export Grade last has a distinctive and refined almond-shaped toe, with good space across the joint before tapering through to a highly sculpted fiddle-back waist This provides further arch support whilst feeling lighter and more comfortable to wear.
Look sharp with a straight toe-cap Oxford shoe. Constructed on a variety of last shapes to suit any foot shape, these uncomplicated designs are available with either leather or rubber soles in a choice of beautiful leathers.
