Retail Supervisor (Gunwharf)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Loake Shoemakers. We are a family business, based in Northamptonshire, making traditional shoes since 1880.
The Role
As Supervisor you will be a brand ambassador for the company. You will be multi skilled, so as to be able to work both F.O.H and B.O.H, as required. Reporting directly to the Store Manager or the Assistant Store Manager in their absence, as part of the retail team.
This role will involve working weekend shifts.
Key Responsibilities
• Delivering customer excellence
• Assisting customers with product knowledge
• Maximising sales
• Stock Management & accuracy of stock
• Stock audits
• Despatch online web orders
• Responsible for the day to day running of the store in the absence of line Managers
The Candidate
The ideal candidate for the role of Supervisor will be enthusiastic, passionate, committed with great people skills. They will have strong engagement skills and show a passion for shoes. You will be confident in dealing with customers, both face to face and on the telephone. You will need to be diplomatic, forth right and place a great emphasis on the following areas, customer service, product knowledge and communication.
Key Experience & Skills Required
