This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team at Loake Shoemakers. We are a family business, based in Northamptonshire, making traditional shoes since 1880.

The Role

We are always on the look out for talented people to join our business. If you wish to be a brand ambassador for the company, can deliver amazing service to our Customers and know how to drive sale you could fit right in.

Roles will involve working weekend shifts and can vary from part time to full time or from sales advisors up to Managers.

You will be able to demonstrate a passion for shoes and be confident in dealing with customers, colleagues and senior management. Experience in Microsoft Office, EPOS systems and administration will be key skills required.

You must be able to demonstrate the following; 

Key Experience & Skills Required

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Sales focused & Results driven
• Strong communication skills
• Social Media engagement
• Live within 30 minutes commute
• Shoe experience is desirable
